Marta is a trial attorney committed to the representing individuals who have experienced trauma, loss and injury. - Beck v. Rhine Demolition et al. (2023), $7.05 million dollar settlement for negligent construction resulting in exposure of plaintiff to raw sewage, causing multi-organ failure and blindness.
- Carrillo v. King County (2023), $2 million dollar settlement for negligent conduct by King County Sheriff when evicting a tenant.
