• Hensley v. MultiCare Health System (2019) – Obtained $28 million settlement, following 3½ week jury trial, for man who suffered spinal cord injury during spinal fusion surgery
• D.H., et al. vs State, Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families (2021) - Obtained $16.5 million in recoveries for family members abused by foster/biological father over the course of many years despite numerous referrals and complaints to DCYF
• Abuse Victims vs. State, Dept. of Social and Health Services (2019-2020) – Obtained over $10.5 million in recoveries for victims of abuse and neglect in the foster care system and other agencies within DSHS
• Estate of Overmyer vs. US Anesthesia Partners and Swedish Health Services (2021) - Represented family and estate for patient’s death resulting from delayed treatment of post-operative bradycardia, cardiac arrest, and resulting hypoperfusion, obtained $8 million settlement
• A.L. vs. Confidential Defendant (2018) – Obtained $6 million settlement for young girl that suffered compartment syndrome and resulting Volkmann’s contracture in medical malpractice action
