Javier joins Connelly Law Offices with extensive trial experience from his time as a public defender in both Pennsylvania and Washington.

After graduating magna cum laude from University of Dallas, he worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities at L’Arche. Following that, he attended Harvard Law School where was a member of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. After graduating, he honed his skills as fierce advocate and litigator as a public defender: first in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and then in Pierce County, Washington.

He joined Connelly Law Offices in order to fight for his clients at a firm filled with attorneys and staff members who are equally passionate.

Outside of the office, Javier loves reading new books and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children
