Christian focuses his practice on complex personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, government liability, premises liability, and other catastrophic injuries.

During law school, Christian externed for Indiana Legal Services, where he helped provide free civil legal aid to residents of South Bend, Indiana. That experience reinforced his commitment to representing individuals and families in need of advocacy.

  • Estate of Michael Boswell v. State of Washington, Department of Corrections (2025), $5.25 million settlement for failure to timely diagnose and treat an inmate’s malignant melanoma.
  • Confidential Plaintiff v. Confidential Hospital (2025), $5 million settlement for death resulting from post-cardiac-ablation complications.
  • Estate of M.D. v. Confidential Hospital (2025), $3 million settlement for the death of a newborn who was discharged with undiagnosed Hirschsprung’s Disease (a genetic condition), which caused her death.
  • Estate of L.W. v. Defendants (2023), $2 million settlement for the death of a nursing home patient due to infected pressure sores.

Government Child Protection Failures:

  • V.W. v. Department of Children, Youth & Families (2024), $3.25 million settlement for placing a child in a home where they were sexually abused.
  • J.M. v. Department of Children, Youth & Families (2024), $3 million settlement for failing to remove a child from a home where they were abused.
  • E.C. v. Department of Children, Youth & Families (2025), $2.4 million settlement for failing to remove a child from a home with repeated reports of historical abuse, resulting in further abuse.
  • N.T. v. Department of Children, Youth & Families (2023), $2 million settlement for failing to remove a child from a dangerous home.

Premises Liability:

  • M.B. & D.B. v. Confidential Defendants (2025), $10.65 million global settlement for two plaintiffs who were struck by a vehicle at an unmarked crosswalk.
  • Estate of A.J. v. Confidential Defendants (2024), $3.95 million global settlement for the death of a toddler at an apartment complex.
  • J.J. & B.M. v. Confidential Defendants (2024), $3 million settlement for motocross injuries sustained by two plaintiffs due to the formation of a dangerous “kicker lip.”
