Marta is a trial attorney committed to the representing individuals who have experienced trauma, loss and injury. Her practice includes a wide array of personal injury claims, including wrongful death, civil rights, products liability, medical malpractice, premise liability, insurance bad faith, employment and government liability claims.   • Gardner v. State of Washington, Department of Corrections (2023), $9.9 million dollar settlement for the DOC’s failure to timely diagnose and treat an inmate for cervical cancer.
  • Beck v. Rhine Demolition et al. (2023), $7.05 million dollar settlement for negligent construction resulting in exposure of plaintiff to raw sewage, causing multi-organ failure and blindness.
  • Carrillo v. King County (2023), $2 million dollar settlement for negligent conduct by King County Sheriff when evicting a tenant.
